Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q1: What is the actual capacity? Is 8.0L enough for a family? A: The 8.0L capacity is one of the largest available for home air fryers. It is perfectly suited for families of 4-6 people, allowing you to cook large meals like 2 lbs of chicken wings or 1.5 kg of fries without needing to cook in multiple batches.

Q2: How does the memory function work? A: If the air fryer is accidentally disconnected from power during use, the smart memory function will retain your last set time and temperature for a short period. Once power is restored, you can simply press start to continue where you left off.

Q3: Is the exterior of the air fryer safe to touch during operation? A: The appliance is designed with a cool-touch exterior to prevent burns. However, the area around the heating element and the inside of the basket will be extremely hot. Always use the handle and place the unit on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from children.

Q4: What can I cook in this air fryer? A: Almost anything! It's incredibly versatile. You can air fry (fries, wings, nuggets), roast (vegetables, chicken, potatoes), bake (small cakes, muffins), grill (steak, kebabs), and reheat leftovers (pizza, fries) much better than a microwave.

Q5: Is it easy to clean? A: Yes. The main frying pot and the cooking tray are coated with a non-stick material. For easiest cleanup, we recommend wiping it down while it's still slightly warm. Most parts are also dishwasher safe for ultimate convenience (please confirm in the user manual).

Q6: What voltage does it use? Can I use it in the US/Canada? A: This model is designed for AC 220-240V, which is the standard in the UK, EU, Australia, and most Asian countries. It is not compatible with the 110-120V outlets in the US and Canada without a heavy-duty voltage converter, which is not recommended for high-wattage appliances due to safety risks.
